If you purchase a plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment information directly — we never see or store your full card number.

We use your information to deliver the Services you request (filing paperwork, building your site, running your marketing), to reply to you, to send The Way Out if you opt in, and to improve our tools. We don't sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing

We share information only with the vendors that help us operate — payment processing (Stripe), hosting, email delivery, and state filing agencies where required to complete a service you've requested. These vendors are only permitted to use your data to perform those services.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, Scrappy Stacks may send you text messages related to your order, account setup, and customer support (for example, confirmations, setup reminders, and replies to your questions). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Your mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use basic analytics to understand how people use our site and tools. You can use browser settings to limit cookies; some tools may work less smoothly without them.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal or tax recordkeeping requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
